Cranberry Pork  
  Tender pork and cranberries flavored with orange zest, shallots and spices to get you in the holiday spirit. (oven)  
Holiday Layered Potatoes  
  Layers of both sweet potatoes and whipped mashed potatoes topped with cheese and green onions that will go great with any holiday meat. (oven)  
Shanghai Meat Pie  
  This Asian inspired dish is similar in consistency with a flattened meatloaf. The wonderful flavor is far from the ordinary. Another YOK original that you will not want to miss. (bake)  
Beef Pot Pie  
  Warm up your evening with tender chunks of beef, vegetables and rich beef gravy baked inside flaky pie crust. This dish can not be split.  
Tilapia de Emilio  
  Our good friend Emilio made a special trip to our kitchen to teach us this dish of tilapia filets on a bed of potatoes, corn, green onions and cheese with a cream sauce. Magnifico! (oven)  
Christmas Morning Coffee Cake  
  Cranberries, walnut and a touch of orange will be the perfect beginning to your holiday morning. (oven)  
Quiche Lorraine  
  Eggs, bacon, Swiss cheese and green onions baked in a flaky pie crust. Sorry, but we have no way to split this dish. (bake)  
Maple Chops  
  Boneless pork chops in a sweet maple glaze. (stovetop)  
Chicken and Biscuits  
  Diced chicken, cheddar cheese, green beans and mushrooms under a bed of flaky biscuits. (oven)  
Midnight Marinated Tenderloin  
  Black as night, yet very tasty, this marinade gets its name and main flavors from coffee, balsamic vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.  
Creamy Bowtie  
  Bowtie pasta, ham and peas in a creamy garlic sauce. (bake)  
Baked Ziti  
  Ground beef in a red sauce tossed with ziti pasta and topped with mozzarella cheese.  
Baked Chicken  
  Boneless chicken breasts in a slightly spicy mushroom gravy topped with sauteed mushrooms and garlic.  
Chicken Filled Shells  
  Jumbo pasta shells stuffed with a delicious filling of shredded breast of chicken, onions, mushrooms, cheese and spices resting on a bed of marinara. (oven)
