Louis Jadot Beaujolais – France – Old world earthiness on the nose is complimented by cherry and strawberry on the palate. It is light and fruity which is typical of Beaujolais . Matches well with pork or poultry.

Chateau Ste. Michelle – Merlot – Columbia Valley, WA

Coffee on the nose and black berry and raspberry flavors makes this a versatile wine. A good match for anything from beef dishes to meaty fish to pasta with red sauce.

Echelon Viognier - California – Viognier is a white grape from the Rhone Valley of France. It is blended with other white grapes in the Cotes du Rhone. In Condrieu in the Rhone it is made in an elegant fashion without blending. That is the style of this wine. It has a soft, rich mouth feel with light citrus notes and some pear flavor. This wine goes well with Salmon, meaty white fish, full bodied chicken dishes and rich pastas.

Guenoc, Guenoc Valley, Chardonnay – Guenoc was the first winery in California to have its own appellation designation. This Chardonnay is a little buttery with some pear flavor. Pair with poultry, fish or creamy pasta dishes.

Breckenridge Christmas Ale – Denver A rich dark brown ale with flavors of caramel and chocolate. A great winter time beer to enjoy around the fireplace.

Samuel Adams Winter Lager – As the name would suggest this beer is available through February. It is malty with hints of orange and ginger. Great with comfort foods like pot pies.
